Everyone Learns together

Knowledge is of No Value unless you put it into Practice.

At MTES JRC we believe this.
The concept of Learning is an active process of appropriation of knowledge, abilities and skills in order to enhance the personal potential or competence in any situation. Learning is the acquisition of knowledge or skills through study (self), experience, or being taught a particular topic or subject. It is said that – Theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge are equally important to gain mastery over the subject matter.

Theoretical learning is a type of education where students learn about a subject through theories, facts, information, and concepts. The main foundation for advancing to practical learning can occasionally be theoretical knowledge. Practicality has a critical role when it comes to learning and experiencing things around you. Theoretical knowledge will help you to understand the concept, but the realistic understanding can be enhanced only by practical experiences and learning by doing.

What will your academic experience look like in the Junior College? That’s totally up to you. At Junior College level, you’re not locked into one specific path toward your degree course — you have the freedom to chart your own course and explore your passions. But no matter what path you take, your experience will be rooted in the time-honored principles of education.
These principles of education are based on the idea that learning is best done when students are curious, engaged, active, confident and successful.

Navigate your Life with Confidence, Solidarity, and Compassion.

Lay the Foundation.

We believe the essence of Junior College education can be expressed in five foundational skills that form the core of what it means to be educated. Grounded in a centuries-old tradition, these skills continue to be essential today. As a student at MTES JRC, you will learn to:

  • Question critically

  • Think logically

  • Communicate clearly

  • Act creatively

  • Live ethically

These skills are the cornerstone of education and they’re in high demand among employers of all kinds.

Our Streams

In addition to the core subjects, at MTES JRC we offer a set of electives. Along with this students are encouraged to pursue their interests and passions throughout their years at the Junior College.
These courses provide a broad base of knowledge and skills upon which you’ll build the rest of your education. While pursuing a course, there is a set of subjects which are mandatory for all the students, known as “core subjects” while optional subjects are classified as “electives”.
